cortex_session_plug

This is an [Elixir Plug](https://hexdocs.pm/plug/readme.html), that reads the cookie set by [Cortex](http://github.com/ivx/cortex), fetches associated user data (from Redis) and injects it in the current `Plug.Conn`.
